Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Western MA- Central Campus in Rochdale, MA seeks a Director of Quality/Risk Management to lead hospital-wide quality initiatives and risk-control programs. The role ensures compliance with CMS, Joint Commission and HIPAA while enhancing patient safety and outcomes.

The candidate should have an active clinical license in a relevant field and at least three years of quality/risk management experience, with CPQH certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology or respiratory therapy.
• Minimum three years of work experience in quality/risk management.
• Knowledge of performance improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Direct quality management efforts to ensure continuous improvement and organizational excellence, and ensure regulatory, accreditation and legal compliance.
• Manage risk issues and oversee credentialing for medical staff.
• Develop, manage and coordinate the hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
• Maintain CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission, COLA/CLIA, and HIPAA compliance; serve as Risk Manager and Facility Compliance Officer.
