Job summary

Home State Health, part of the Centene family, seeks a Program Development Manager to lead clinical and administrative improvement initiatives across Quality, Health Services and Operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, design workflows, and drive data-informed enhancements to care processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in direct program development, program management, and/or project management in healthcare.
• 3+ years of experience in managed care including Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP, dual eligibles, PCMH.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing STARS, CAHPS, HEDIS and related quality programs across settings.
• Preferred licenses/certifications: Six Sigma, Lean, CPQH (CPHQ).

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and implementation of programs aligned with strategic initiatives in Health Services and Quality.
• Design and facilitate development of programs, workflows, and integrations meeting regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Act as SME to operations leaders for detailed plans, root cause analysis, and progress monitoring.
• Lead state-required Performance Improvement Projects (PIP) from topic selection to final submission.
• Conduct needs assessments to ensure timely information for program teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Quality Analytics to determine data needs and assist in designing tools and reports.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to improve patient quality of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies.
