Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality Manager to support safe patient care through auditing, data collection, and regulatory submissions. The role involves abstracting data for internal use and external agencies, aiding CMS accreditation readiness, and driving performance improvement using Lean methods.

The ideal candidate has a Nursing degree or diploma, a healthcare license, 2–3 years of healthcare experience, and preferably Six Sigma Green Belt within two years of hire.

Qualifications

• Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Health care license preferred.
• Certification (e.g., CPHQ) preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt within 2 years of hire.
• 2–3 years experience in health care.

Responsibilities

• Audit and collect clinical data for internal use and external regulatory bodies.
• Submit data to CMS, accreditation bodies, and ACOs as required.
• Support accreditation preparation and continuous readiness.
• Participate in performance improvement processes and lean initiatives.
