Lakeside Behavioral Health System, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a team-oriented Quality/Regulatory Compliance professional in Memphis. The role supports QA/PI, data analysis, and incident investigations while coordinating audits and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care related field required.
• Master degree in Social Work or RN/LPN/LCSW/LMSW license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating Quality and Performance Improvement functions.
• Collect information, prepare reports, and analyze QA/PI data.
• Facilitate the Quality Committee.
• Investigate and report incidents timely; maintain documentation.
• Perform monthly chart audits to ensure regulatory and organizational standards.
