Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate-level education in health admin, public health, or related field.
• Experience in quality improvement, audits, and patient safety practices.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support QA and performance improvement programs organization-wide.
• Conduct audits, tracers, and reviews to assess compliance with standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate quality metrics to leadership.
• Assist with accreditation readiness and infection prevention efforts.
