Job summary

You will review verbal and written interactions, design quality monitoring formats, and collaborate with Operations and QA leadership to identify coaching needs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience performing quality assurance audits in a call center environment (Multi-channel).
• 3+ years in a regulated industry with auditing or peer review experience preferred, reading, interpretation, and enforcement of SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors interactions, support request processing, and electronic records for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Ensures interactions and requests are handled with high customer service quality.
• Identify areas for coaching and education to support program objectives.
• Develop and deliver regular reports on performance and trends to Operations leadership.
• Maintain and improve service quality through system, compliance, and process audits.
