Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Advisor to support the Transfusion Safety program and align with the overall quality and safety plan. This is a local onsite role primarily supporting our main campus in Nashville.

You will facilitate, educate, and analyze data to improve clinical quality, patient safety, and financial outcomes, collaborating with hospital leaders and clinical staff to implement evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Experience improving clinical quality and patient safety in healthcare settings.
• Ability to develop, implement and evaluate organizational strategies for quality and safety improvements.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management facilitation, education, and data analysis to improve systems and processes.
• Supports development, implementation and evaluation of quality and safety initiatives.
• Collaborates with hospital leaders to ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and delivers educational programs for clinical staff.
