The ideal candidate will have nursing or related leadership background, strong data analysis skills, and a commitment to driving improvements in patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration or related field at time of hire/transfer.
• 5 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of information systems and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate skills to understand and interpret data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate assessment of new clinical design projects for implementation at facilities.
• Lead or co-facilitate teams from annual assessment and organizational goals.
• Collect and present data to display results of process improvement efforts.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and leaders to drive project goals.
• Provide mentorship and participate in professional organization activities.
