Job summary

TrueCare in California is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to lead medical office staff and ensure delivery of high‑quality outpatient nursing care. The role combines supervision with hands‑on nursing duties, operating under established policies to support efficient patient flow and compliant practice.

We require a California nursing license, BLS, a BSN, and at least one year of outpatient nursing and supervisory experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve our diverse community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• 1+ year clinical nursing experience in outpatient care.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• BLS Certification for health care providers.
• Current California RN license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role starts at $55.00 on an hourly basis , conmensurate with experience, the pay will increase, taking into consideration internal equity. The Maximum an RN can grow into during the lifespan of this title is $73.17 per hour.
