Job summary

WHMC seeks a Performance Improvement Specialist in Colfax, WA to support quality initiatives through data management and analytics. You will capture, validate and report data to drive improvement projects and ensure accurate performance measures.

You will collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to optimize value-based care metrics, manage reporting programs, and facilitate cross-functional performance improvement efforts. This role requires data expertise and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare discipline, Healthcare Informatics, or Public Health.
• 3+ years in an acute care or clinical setting with data management, data analysis, and quality improvement experience.
• Experience with electronic health record data sets and reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access, SQL or other statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Review data for accuracy and validity of source data and results.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support quality initiatives.
• Lead data analysis, trend monitoring, and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate interdepartmental performance improvement teams and project schedules.
• Manage CMS quality data reporting programs and validation activities.
