Job summary

Mountain Community Health is seeking a data-focused professional to own data integrity, reporting, and improvement work that informs care delivery across five-town Bristol area. You will standardize reporting and lead UDS-related activities while building dashboards for clinical teams and leadership.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and EHR reporting skills; experience with eClinicalWorks (eBO) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to pull, clean, validate healthcare data and create reproducible reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and adherence to deadlines.
• Comfort presenting data to physicians and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own quality measure definitions, data sources, and reporting logic to ensure reproducibility.
• Standardize eClinicalWorks reporting for consistent answers and lead UDS reporting end to end.
• Create dashboards and reports for clinical teams, leadership, and governance bodies.
• Lead day-to-day QI/QA program activities, including HRSA/PCMH documentation and PDSA cycles.
• Develop registries and care-gap analyses to surface disparities in access and outcomes.
