Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Quality Control Manager to plan, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program across healthcare facilities supported under the contract. The role includes independent oversight of KG and subcontractor performance, inspections, and corrective action verification to ensure compliance.

The candidate will maintain Joint Commission readiness and generate reports for Government review, tracking deficiencies and coordinating remedial training as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years quality control experience in healthcare facilities.
• Minimum 2 years working in healthcare environments.
• Experience performing quality inspections and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program.
• Oversee performance of KG and subcontractors for contract compliance.
• Conduct inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain continuous Joint Commission readiness for healthcare facilities.
• Prepare quality reports for government review.
• Track deficiencies and remedial actions and perform trend analysis.
• Provide quality training as needed.
