Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Quality Audit Administrator in Mesa, AZ to perform administrative reviews of clinical records and track audit results. The role supports performance improvement initiatives and prepares for external audits.

In this position, you will work with programs to monitor data trends and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards while upholding confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration/management/clinical or similar field.
• Minimum two years of experience in health care and/or behavioral health preferred.
• Significant knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access and EMR applications (NextGen and HMIS preferred).
• Current AZ Driver’s License or equivalent of state of residence.
• Clean 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative reviews of clinical records and track audit results.
• Collaborate with programs to monitor performance improvement processes.
• Prepare for and facilitate external audits and generate data reports.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements and confidentiality regulations.
