Job summary

PRISM Home Medical Supply Specialists is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to audit patient records, evaluate data accuracy, monitor processes, and gather patient feedback.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where professionalism and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of experience in a customer-focused or customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer navigation and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit new and existing patient files to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and document patient feedback, with customer outreach representing a significant portion of daily responsibilities.
• Review audit findings and identify trends requiring follow-up or process improvement.
• Navigate internal systems to locate, retrieve, and validate information for auditing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and operational partners through phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Support administrative and quality-related projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support organizational goals and quality initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or challenging situations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to contribute beyond assigned responsibilities and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities and provide support to other functional areas as needed.
• Work independently and collaboratively on assigned projects and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting quality initiatives across the organization by auditing patient records, evaluating data accuracy, monitoring processes, and gathering patient feedback.
