• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Business or relevant field required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to make independent decisions and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; comfortable working with diverse teams.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit accurate purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Evaluate vendor quotations for competitive pricing before ordering.
• Coordinate distribution of materials across the care continuum.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support operations.
• Reconcile invoices and post batches; ensure contract pricing accuracy.
• Leverage GPOs to optimize vendor pricing and supply agreements.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate products and drive workflow improvements.
• Monitor expenditures and align with monthly/annual budgets.
