Job summary

IRMC in the region is seeking a supplies chain purchasing coordinator to support hospital procurement and inventory management. You will coordinate vendor registrations, place POs, and run daily reports to ensure cost-effective supply delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in healthcare, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Associate's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred in SCM, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement and purchasing support for IRMC and PAH.
• Manage vendor registrations and purchase orders as directed.
• Run daily reports and assist with cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist sourcing, pricing, and item master database development.
• Deliver materials and assist with PAR stock management and restocking.
