Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment and de-escalate crises.
• Patrol hospital grounds to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Check for unauthorized entry and direct visitors, including parking guidance.
• Respond to emergencies and assist clinical staff as needed.
• Monitor CCTV and document incidents; prepare reports as required.
• Assist with escorts for visitors and staff and support switchboard/concierge as needed.
