Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of healthcare operations or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory analysis for modeling and reporting.
• Assist leadership in achieving operational and financial objectives while supporting quality and service initiatives.
• Participate in project planning, including goals, timelines, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and work plans.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and challenges to leadership.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, scope, estimates, and reporting.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, IT, vendors, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Identify risks or issues and facilitate mitigation strategies.
• Support change management with documentation and communication of outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external project resources including consultants and staff.
• Assist in maintaining staffing levels and overseeing contracted vendors.
• Schedule meetings and events to support timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and status reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reporting on timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.
• Maintain catalog of active projects and associated documentation.
• Support provider contract management activities, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure provider compensation structures and terms are documented accurately.
• Maintain provider workforce records including Epic SER maintenance and Workday records.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and operations for accurate workforce setup.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in committees and departmental initiatives as assigned.
