We seek friendly, ambitious, sharp-minded designers for our Oakland and Los Angeles offices who are eager to grow professionally, share knowledge, and gain experience. As a team member, you will interact with clients, conduct site visits, develop and refine skills, and see your work realized in construction, supported by our seasoned staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and understand project contracts and client goals.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and resource management; perform QA/QC and technical reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and team members; foster teamwork.
• Establish project documentation and administrative organization; manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team of consultants and internal staff as a Project Manager.
• Excellent technical and design skills.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Construction Administration software.
• Willingness to travel for site meetings as needed.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a hybrid work schedule, Fridays as optional remote workdays, 15 PTO days, 7 holidays, and additional days off through a compressed schedule.
