Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in project management; PMP and Smartsheet experience are a plus, particularly in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. 5+ years PM exp; PMP a plus; Smartsheet a plus; healthcare exp a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Facilitate creation and collection of project documentation (charter, RAIDD logs, project plan, meeting notes, deliverables).
• Develop project plan and status report; monitor and track progress.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Track performance to meet short and long-term goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Report and escalate issues at scheduled updates.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders; collaborate to propose solutions.
