Job summary

Humata Health, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Delivery team. You will lead customer implementations, manage project plans, and ensure successful go-live and post-launch support for healthcare clients.

Based in a hybrid role with Orlando, FL or remote US, you will drive adoption of Humata products, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting role
• Experience with healthcare software and HIPAA compliance
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored to diverse audiences
• Experience with KPIs and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health’s products from planning to go-live and post-launch support
• Own project plans and milestones, coordinating internal teams and customers
• Manage deliverables across planning, building, testing, and go-live for successful deployments
• Maintain project docs, risks, and actions in Smartsheet or similar tools
• Coordinate Go-Live activities with Customer Success and Support teams
• Ensure workflows align with product functionality and advocate for customer needs
