NBBJ Seattle is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare projects of varying sizes, manage a design team, and coordinate with clients and consultants. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and an ability to leverage NBBJ’s resources to achieve high-performance, sustainable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive architecture experience, licensure, LEED or near-term certification, and a proven track record in healthcare project delivery from pre-design

Competenze

• 10-15 years or more of professional experience in Architecture.
• At least five years as a licensed Architect.
• Proven PM track record on complex healthcare projects including Pre-design through Construction Administration.
• Bachelor's degree; B Arch or M Arch desired.
• LEED Accreditation or within 18 months of hire.
• Excellent leadership, verbal and communication skills, and effective client relationship skills.
• Ability to travel as the project requires.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain day-to-day working relationship with clients and consultants.
• Develop and execute a management work plan for projects.
• Manage team complexity – supervise the work of a design staff.
• Negotiate and draft contracts and amendments; ensure financial success of each project.
• Ensure accuracy and applicability of documents for entire projects.
• Lead decision making with fiscal accountability.
• Assist with proposal preparation and client presentations/interviews.
• Handle all project correspondence, reports, and administration.
