This individual will possess strong operational expertise and thrive in leading others. MUST have a verifiable GOOD reputation within the commercial healthcare construction sector, with a history of long-term collaboration with reputable name-brand commercial builders. Not suitable for residential, multi-family, home builders, or owner's representatives.

1. 12–25 years of experience in the field, with a focus on coordinating project schedules and materials, leading healthcare construction projects of $75M+ or higher educational facilities.
2. Experience in complex healthcare commercial projects.
3. Verifiable experience in managing healthcare construction projects exceeding $500M.
4. Ability to coordinate all field construction activities and personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
5. Effective communication skills with all levels of personnel involved in the construction process.
6. Ability to manage client relationships effectively to achieve project goals.
