As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for working with a team to deliver complex healthcare construction projects. Your continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will interact with clients, medical staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies to negotiate contracts, manage project-related documentation including compliance requirements, track vendor RFPs, conduct weekly coordination meetings, and develop scope and schedule of assigned healthcare projects. Your knowledge of the healthcare construction and/or architectural industry—including medical facility standards, infection control protocols, and patient care environment requirements—will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering critical and industry-changing healthcare projects.
