The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans and budgets, monitor progress, and manage risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
