Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of position-related experience.

• Proficient in basic estimating skills including quantity take offs.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the owner, architect, and project team.
• Assist in preparing subcontracts and project schedules.
• Manage project documentation including change orders and submittals.
• Prepare project close out documents.

Skills

Knowledge of CPM scheduling methods

Problem-solving ability

Proficiency in MS Project or similar

Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
