Job summary

You will work with our Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to coordinate orders, maintain records, and help optimize workflows across OBL, GLP, RPM/CCM, PET SCAN, and Infusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with AI workflow tools and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing across multiple ancillary service lines.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking for all ancillary orders.
• Support workflow optimization and automation initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for providers and internal teams.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and documentation.
