Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, seeks a Project Manager for the Administration Operations division. This full-time, 40-hour position works M-F 8a-5p with occasional evenings and offers a pay range of $33.05-$49.60 per hour.

Responsibilities include leading project planning, coordinating teams, tracking budgets, communicating with sponsors and leadership, and documenting processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree and about 3 years of project coordination experience; travel is involved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project planning to meet timelines, budget and results.
• Directs staff, contractors and vendors; ensures efficient resource use.
• Monitors milestones, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Maintains formal reporting to sponsors and leadership; communicates status.
• Assists with budgets and plans to support development.
• Creates project schedules and regular progress reports.
• Maintains documented processes and post-implementation reviews.
