Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Two years of related experience including one year of project management.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proactive, organized and detail oriented with confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and financial support to department management.
• Track department expenditures and process invoices as needed.
• Lead, coordinate and complete moderately complex projects related to operations.
• Maintain high-level clerical support, compliance and reporting of projects.
• Facilitate implementation and rollout of initiatives and track milestones.
