Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Architecture, 5+ years of combined experience, proficiency in Revit and VDK tools, and excellent communication. We value collaborative, client-focused design and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required; licensed architect preferred but not required.
• Minimum five (5) years combined experience as an intern architect and/or architect.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Newforma Project Center and Newforma Project Analyzer (Planifi).
• Experience with Bluebeam PDF Revu; strong building technology fundamentals.
• Excellent time management skills; strong attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Produce construction documents, revisions, and addenda.
• Take responsibility for finished plans, specs, and material approvals.
• Assist with budget management and prepare design presentations.
• Collaborate with client, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Possess project manager responsibilities as needed.
• Prepare proposals, design team budgets, schedules, and staffing projections.
• Supervise team and ensure environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards.
