Top candidates will have 6+ years of professional experience, extensive Revit and Bluebeam proficiency, and a track record of managing healthcare projects within California codes and regulations,

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 6+ years of professional experience.
• Healthcare project experience is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical execution.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff.
• High proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage design across phases and multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop design direction and technical solutions for healthcare project scope, schedule, budget, and specs.
• Coordinate design with internal teams, consultants, clients, contractors, and regulators.
• Lead healthcare projects of varying size and complexity.
• Apply California, NFPA, healthcare, and accessibility codes.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead Revit documentation through all design phases and construction.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Perform construction administration duties including RFIs and site observations.
