Baskervill, a multidisciplinary design firm in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Healthcare Project Designer/Architect to join our Healthcare Studio. You’ll work independently and with a team to develop healthcare projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program.
• 2+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Exposure to Healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in Revit required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and production of healthcare projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Help deliver thoughtful design solutions and high-quality technical documentation at every project phase
• Collaborate with in-house architects, interior designers, and engineers, along with external consultants and vendors
• Create accurate, high-quality Revit drawings that align with firm standards
• Contribute to a collaborative, growing team while balancing multiple projects and priorities
