Job summary

EwingCole, a national architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a Project Architect for its Healthcare Practice in the Philadelphia office. This role leads project delivery from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring design intent and regulatory compliance are met.

The Project Architect collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to create precise documentation and manage client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture is required; Master of Architecture preferred.
• Registered Architect in at least one state with credentials for registration in other states.
• Sustainability credential strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across all design phases from schematic design to construction administration.
• Ensure design intent, technical quality, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
• Direct teams to produce high-quality specifications and documentation.
• Communicate design intent to builders through graphics and modeling.
• Address issues during construction to lead projects to successful outcomes.
