The successful candidate will guide teams to produce high-quality documentation, integrate building technology, and address issues through construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Architecture required, Master of Architecture preferred.
  • Registered Architect in at least one state with credentials for registration in others.
  • Sustainability credential strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Guiding modeling and drawings to deliver projects.
  • Building Technology: Apply understanding of construction methods to design.
  • Project Delivery: Progress from schematic design through construction documentation.
  • Codes and Accessibility: Ensure designs comply with codes and accessibility standards.
  • Quality Standards: Promote project quality through company standards.
  • Sustainability: Design with rigor to meet sustainability goals.
  • Material Research: Select quality materials for lifecycle considerations.
  • Construction Administration: Manage construction phase with builders to maintain design intent.
  • Cost Consciousness: Analyze estimates and manage budgets.
  • Specification Writing: Define material requirements for contract representations.
