Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of healthcare products impacting millions. Responsibilities include managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring product quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum Experience: 5 years in a healthcare setting, 5 years in IT supporting HRIS systems, experience with scheduling, credential tracking, identity management, and leading technology teams. Proven project management experience (3+ years), familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication skills.
