We seek a dynamic, experienced Healthcare Product Manager to lead development of innovative healthcare products impacting millions. You will manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, usability, and satisfaction.

Summary

The Product Manager for Human Capital and Time Management Applications bridges IT and HR, managing systems like Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream, supporting operations and strategic IT initiatives within HR.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare setting
• 5+ years in IT supporting HRIS systems, HR processes, and data management
• Experience with scheduling, credential tracking, identity management
• 3+ years managing leadership relationships and leading tech teams
• Proficient in project management, ITIL, agile methodologies
