• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Python, Tableau, SQL, and MS Excel.
• A graduate from IIT, NIT, or BITS Pilani.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex healthcare business situations and provide data-backed analysis.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement and business analysis: Engage directly with Senior Managers and Directors from global healthcare companies in the US understanding business models, briefs, and available information to frame the right analytical approach.
• Data pipeline development and automation: Develop fully fabricated end-to-end data pipelines for reporting purposes and automate the reporting process for clients to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• High-impact project management: Manage high-impact projects with the potential for bottom-line results collaborating with the Delivery Manager to identify and apply the most suitable analytical techniques for each business brief.
• Statistical modelling and result presentation: Collaborate with the data science team to create models and present results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
• Ad hoc agility: Flex your analytical skills to tackle new challenges as they arise mastering new healthcare domains and datasets on the fly with speed and precision.
