Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an entry-level Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support end-to-end procurement for Enterprise Purchased Services and indirect categories. You’ll gather requirements, perform spend and market analysis, support competitive sourcing events, and help maintain procurement documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain management, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; organize data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn procurement systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; prepare concise business summaries and presentations.
• Collaborative mindset; work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing projects from intake through supplier selection, contracting, implementation, and savings validation.
• Collect, cleanse, organize, and analyze spend, pricing, utilization, contract, and supplier data using Excel and other tools.
• Assist with development and execution of RFI, RFP, RFQ and related sourcing events.
• Prepare bid comparison models, supplier scorecards, pricing analyses, savings projections, and summaries for reviews.
• Coordinate meetings, timelines, action items, and required approvals; manage stakeholder inputs.
