Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Buyer to support patient care by ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement of supplies, equipment, and services. You will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive operational excellence across the health system.

Responsibilities include processing requisitions, managing orders electronically, resolving PO issues, and collaborating on cost savings with Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis teams.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for coordination with Supply Chain staff and customer departments.
• Ability to interact effectively with CHHS leaders, staff, physicians and sales reps.
• Strong sense of accountability, service orientation, and responsiveness to user departments.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify, and process requisitions; initiate purchase orders per health system standards.
• Facilitate electronic placement of orders via EDI or automated fax.
• Enter vendor confirmation data and follow up on back orders and invoices.
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain consultants and departments for timely PO status.
• Maintain item master records and collaborate on cost savings and pricing corrections.
