Job summary

Northwestern Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Performance Improvement Leader I to guide process improvement and project management across the health system, regions and local sites. You will lead project teams, facilitate meetings, and apply improvement methods to advance Northwestern Memorial HealthCare's strategic priorities.

Collaborate with IT, Quality, Analytics and Patient Experience; coach leaders; and participate in system-wide training to embed performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of project management or performance improvement experience.
• Proven analytical and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and act as a change agent to advance improvement priorities.
• Apply PM, process improvement and change management methodologies.
• Use data analysis to identify and track key process and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Analytics and Patient Experience on projects.
• Coach leaders on improvement methods and performance best practices.
• Support system-wide training on improvement methods.
