Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3 years of direct process improvement experience is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic Systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Map and design business process flows to eliminate waste.
• Support quality, cost, productivity, and service delivery projects to completion.
• Gather data to understand performance and identify trends.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead implementation of process improvements with minimal disruption.
• Monitor results and adjust for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful adoption.
• Provide training and support on new processes.
• Prepare and present reports on outcomes to senior management.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new concepts and practices.
