Job summary

Seneca Healthcare District is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to advance organizational compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates policy development, manages risk programs, and supports organization-wide projects that drive improvements in outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and policy and procedure development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and address concerns.

Responsibilities

• Policy and Procedure Management: develop, review, approve, and revise organizational policies and procedures.
• Risk Management: coordinate risk programs, incident reporting, investigations, trend analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strategic Project Coordination: lead organization-wide projects from planning to implementation.
• Worker’s Compensation: manage end-to-end claims, communications with providers and administrators, and return-to-work processes.
• Other Duties: support education and process improvements across departments.
