Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• LBO experience preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong academic background and demonstrated interest in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite new healthcare investment opportunities.
• Build and analyze financial, valuation, and LBO models.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution from start to finish.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and materials.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, and external advisors.
