R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Privacy Analyst to protect PHI and ensure privacy compliance across federal, state, and international requirements.

The role focuses on incident handling, policy enforcement, and risk assessments within a hospital or health care setting. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of compliance/privacy experience, along with strong project management, research, and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years compliance or data privacy experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analyze complex compliance issues.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, investigate, and address data incidents and privacy compliance issues.
• Enforce privacy policies in collaboration with HR and legal counsel.
• Develop compliance metrics and reporting for privacy incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive privacy improvements.
• Support monitoring and education on federal, state, and international privacy requirements.
• Assist in annual compliance and risk assessments.
• Maintain focus on data protection and operational excellence to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to enhancements in the company’s Compliance & Ethics Program.
• Communicate with senior management and front-line teams, clients and vendors.
