Responsibilities

• Refine, implement, automate, and manage reimbursement operations strategy.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT and cross-divisional teams to improve reimbursement operations.
• Design, configure, implement, maintain transparency cost algorithms for internal/external initiatives.
• Assess operations, determine business requirements, and propose improvements.
• Perform data transformation, data validation, reporting and analytics for compliance.
