Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting in a customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for patient price estimating from public inquiries and internal resources.
• Perform price shopping against competing health systems and international estimates.
• Provide accurate price estimates for self-pay and insured patients within contract terms.
• Contribute to service-excellence culture across patient groups.
