Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group seeks an Healthcare Construction Project Manager to serve as the owner’s representative on critical healthcare builds. You’ll coordinate design teams, GCs, and trade partners to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget across Scottsdale, AZ and Boise, ID.

The role requires experience as an owner’s representative or PM/CM on healthcare projects, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a readiness to travel between Arizona and Idaho.

Qualifications

• Owner’s representative/PM/CM on healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements (ICRA, Joint Commission/AHJ, FGI, MEP).
• Strong budget, schedule, and contract management skills.
• Confident communicator who maintains client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly between ARIZONA and IDAHO.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner’s representative on healthcare projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee design teams, GCs, and trades to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage budgets, change orders, pay applications, and project schedules.
• Lead OAC meetings and serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate healthcare-specific requirements (infection control, regulatory/compliance, equipment planning).
• Review contracts, RFPs, and bids; support procurement and contractor selection.
• Build trusted relationships with community clients and represent the firm professionally.
• Travel between Scottsdale and Boise offices and to project sites as needed.

Healthcare Construction Project Manager (Owner-Side PM/CM)

Healthcare Construction – Full-Time, Direct Hire

Scottsdale, AZ or Boise, ID | Full-Time | Regular travel between both offices

A well-established construction firm has launched a dedicated healthcare division and is adding a newly created Project Manager / Construction Manager role. This person will represent the owner’s interests on healthcare projects for tribal community clients, where the firm is engaged as Construction Manager. It’s a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a growing healthcare group delivers for its clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the owner’s representative on healthcare construction projects, advocating for the client from planning through closeout
• Oversee design teams, general contractors, and trade partners to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage budgets, change orders, pay applications, and project schedules on the owner’s behalf
• Lead OAC meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate healthcare-specific requirements, including infection control, regulatory/code compliance, medical equipment planning, and occupied-facility work
• Review contracts, RFPs, and bids; support procurement and contractor selection
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with community clients and represent the firm with professionalism and cultural awareness
• Travel between the Scottsdale and Boise offices and to project sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an owner’s representative, PM, or CM on healthcare construction projects
• Working knowledge of healthcare construction requirements (ICRA, Joint Commission/AHJ compliance, FGI guidelines, MEP-intensive buildouts)
• Strong budget, schedule, and contract management skills
• Confident communicator who can hold contractors accountable while keeping the client relationship strong
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel regularly between Arizona and Idaho

Position Details:

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ or Boise, ID, with travel between both offices
• Compensation: Competitive base salary, DOE
