CORE is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to support our Healthcare Team in Boise, ID. This role will oversee the entire preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, trade coordination, and a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.

The Sr. Preconstruction Manager leads project-specific efforts, mentors APMs, collaborates with stakeholders, and supports inpatient healthcare environments while complying with healthcare construction

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience (required).
• Healthcare Construction Certification (required).
• Certified Healthcare Construction certification.
• ICRA certification and/or experience.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.

POSITION OVERVIEW

CORE is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to support our Healthcare Team in Boise, ID. This role will oversee the entire preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects. This role ensures accuracy in cost estimation, coordination of trade partners, alignment with project goals, and a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction. The Sr. Preconstruction Manager leads project-specific preconstruction efforts, manages Assistant Preconstruction Managers, collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, and supports healthcare projects, including inpatient environments, while ensuring compliance with healthcare construction standards, ICRA requirements, and certified healthcare construction practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership & Oversight
