Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and directing capital expenditures and departmental goals.
• Leads preparation of departmental compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assigns work and manages activities of practice personnel; trains and evaluates staff.
• Ensures safe patient care and adherence to Memorial Hermann policies within budget and timelines.
• Supports staff education and development; acts as mentor and resource to colleagues.
• Drives continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
