Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: None
• Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Five years in related healthcare experience including three years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and knowledge of practice management domains

Responsibilities

• Promotes efficient scheduling, clinical care and flow, billing and collections workflows
• Plans and directs capital expenditures, business objectives, departmental goals, and special projects
• Leads in preparing departmental compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assigns work and manages activities of practice personnel; trains and evaluates staff
• Ensures excellent customer service and adherence to regulatory standards while meeting budgetary constraints
• Supports staff education and competency development; acts as mentor to junior staff
• Promotes compassionate, personalized patient experiences and safe care across the department
• Other duties as assigned
